Notes: Very few examples recorded. A single printing of 996 cards was produced in 1909. This card illustrates very well the Post Office Stamped to Order service. The reverse of the card has been printed ‘C.M. Banks, Ltd.’ at the base. All of the inscriptions on the card were printed by the Wellington printer and lithographer C. M. Banks with the postage die applied by the Government Printing Office.
